Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup diced onion

1/4 cup diced pickles

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tsp mustard

1 pkg (1 lb) refrigerated crescent rolls

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.

Stir in onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.

Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the filling.

Roll the dough up, starting from the wide end and tuck the ends in to seal the pockets.

Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optional: Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
