Ingredients

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb salmon fillets

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Start by seasoning the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning, ensuring an even coat.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they become pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and the salmon fillets, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Once done, remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream, stirring well to combine, and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Allow the sauce to thicken slightly, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.

Return the shrimp and salmon to the skillet, tossing to coat with the garlic cream sauce.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot over rice or pasta.
