Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon horseradish

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

Begin by patting the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This ensures they sear nicely during grilling.

      Season the Chicken:

In a small bowl, mix the Cajun seasoning with olive oil. Rub this flavorful mixture all over the chicken breasts.

          Make the Alabama White Sauce:

In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, horseradish, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

              Preheat the Grill:

Heat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

                  Grill the Chicken:

Place the seasoned chicken on the grill, cooking for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

                      Serve:

Once cooked, remove chicken from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve with Alabama white sauce drizzled on top or on the side for dipping. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
