Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup buffalo sauce

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup ranch dressing

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked rice or quinoa

1/2 cup chopped green onions

1/2 cup celery, diced

Optional: additional hot sauce for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce, mixing until well coated.

      Add the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing, and stir until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

        Fold in the cooked rice or quinoa, diced celery, and half of the green onions.

          Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

            Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.

              Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

                Garnish with the remaining green onions and serve hot. Add extra hot sauce if desired for a kick!
