2 cups Brussels sprouts, thinly sliced

1 cup green cabbage, shredded

1 large carrot, grated

½ cup red cabbage, shredded

¼ cup green onions, chopped

½ cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Begin by trimming the Brussels sprouts and slicing them thinly.
