Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
  

2 cups of broccoli florets

1 cup of cooked rice

1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)

2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken

1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cooked rice, chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are well coated.

      Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

        Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the casserole.

          If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the cheese for added crunch.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

              Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious and colorful casserole!
