Ingredients

4 medium limes

1 cup of sugar

4 cups of cold water

1 cup of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

Wash the limes thoroughly, then cut the ends off and slice them into quarters.

In a blender, combine the lime quarters, sugar, and cold water.

Blend on high for about 30 seconds, or until the limes are well broken down.

Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp and seeds.

Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.

Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar.

Serve over ice cubes and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
