Ingredients

1 cup of Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup of fresh blueberries

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mash half of the blueberries with a fork. You want a mix of whole and mashed blueberries for a swirled effect.

Gently fold the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture, creating a beautiful swirl.

Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or silicone molds.

Spoon the yogurt mixture into the liners, filling them about ¾ full.

Drop a few whole blueberries on top of each yogurt bite for added flavor and decoration.

Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours, or until solid.

Once frozen, pop the yogurt bites out of the molds and store them in a freezer-safe bag for a refreshing treat!
