Ingredients
  

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup crushed blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 tablespoon blueberry jam (for swirls)

Instructions
 

Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

      Stir in crushed blueberries and vanilla extract until evenly mixed. If using, fold in chopped walnuts.

        Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with blueberry jam and swirl with a toothpick.

          Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and smooth the surface.

            Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

              Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and enjoy!
