Ingredients

1 ¾ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons sugar

4 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

4 large eggs

1 cup sour cream

1 cup fresh blueberries

½ cup blueberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Fold in the sour cream until just combined, then gently stir in the fresh blueberries.

Pour the cheesecake batter over the prepared crust.

Drizzle the blueberry sauce on top and use a knife or skewer to create swirls.

Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.

Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
