Ingredients
  

1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

6 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup diced onion

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: chopped herbs (like chives or parsley) for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a skillet, sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside to cool.

      In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Add the cooked bacon, sautéed onion and spinach, and shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.

          Pour the mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.

              Allow the quiche to cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with chopped herbs if desired, and serve warm.
