Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable oil for frying

12 slider buns

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup sweet chili sauce

1 tbsp sriracha (optional for extra heat)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup sliced cucumbers

1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions

Marinate Chicken: In a bowl, combine chicken thighs and buttermilk. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for the best flavor.

Prepare Dry Mix: In a separate bowl, mix together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

Coat Chicken: Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, allowing excess to drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated. Shake off the excess flour.

Fry Chicken: In a large skillet, heat about 1 inch of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the chicken in batches for 4-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. Mix until smooth and set aside.

Assemble Sliders: Slice the slider buns in half. Spread a generous amount of the bang bang sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a piece of fried chicken, followed by shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro. Place the top half of the bun on each slider.

Serve: Arrange the assembled sliders on a platter and serve them immediately with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
