Ingredients
  

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 zucchini, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Heat over medium heat until it thickens, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

    Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper on both sides.

      In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

        Add chopped veggies (cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper) to the skillet. Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until tender.

          Drizzle balsamic glaze over the chicken and veggies. Cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld.

            Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves. Enjoy your vibrant meal!
