Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 medium onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Mix well.

Season the chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and black pepper.

In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and pour the onion and garlic mixture over them.

Pour the cream of chicken mixture over the top, ensuring the chicken is well covered.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
