Ingredients

1 fully cooked ham (about 8-10 pounds)

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Pineapple rings (canned or fresh)

Maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.

In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, honey, cloves, cinnamon, and Dijon mustard to create the glaze.

Brush the glaze generously over the ham.

Add pineapple rings on top of the ham, securing them with toothpicks if necessary.

Bake the ham in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes per pound, basting occasionally with the glaze, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).

In the last 30 minutes of baking, add maraschino cherries to the ham for decoration.

Once done, allow the ham to rest for about 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
