4 large eggs

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1 garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Butter for greasing

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Butter a baking dish and spread the chopped spinach evenly across the bottom.

      In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, grated Parmesan, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

        Pour the creamy mixture over the spinach, ensuring it's evenly covered.

          Create wells in the mixture for the eggs, cracking one egg into each well.

            Carefully season the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

              Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set to your desired doneness.
