2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken

4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced

1 cup carrots, julienned

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup snap peas, trimmed and halved

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/4 cup slivered almonds

1/4 cup crispy wonton strips (optional)

For the dressing:

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Prep the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, green cabbage, carrots, red bell pepper, snap peas, green onions, and cilantro.
