Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup apple cider

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granulated sugar (for coating)

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

In another bowl, combine the apple cider, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined – be careful not to overmix.

Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing out the top with a spatula.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

While the cake is cooling, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

Once cooled, generously coat the bundt cake in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, ensuring an even layer.

Slice, serve, and enjoy your delicious Apple Cider Donut Bundt Cake!
