Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, skinless and boneless

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup honey

1-2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust for desired heat level)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, toss the salmon bites with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.

Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket – you may need to work in batches.

Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and has a nice crisp.

While the salmon cooks, whisk together honey and hot sauce in a small bowl to create the hot honey glaze.

Once the salmon is done, drizzle the hot honey over the bites.

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
