1 lb kielbasa, sliced

1 lb baby potatoes, halved

1 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup red onion, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced kielbasa, halved baby potatoes, chopped green bell pepper, and sliced red onion.
