Ingredients
  

2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package of graham crackers or chocolate wafer cookies

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

    Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continue whipping until stiff peaks form.

      In a rectangular or square dish, spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom.

        Place a layer of graham crackers or chocolate wafers on top of the whipped cream.

          Add a layer of mixed fresh berries over the cookies.

            Repeat the layers: whipped cream, cookies, and berries until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.

              Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the cake to set.

                Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves and extra berries on top.
