Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond flour

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

2 oz cream cheese, softened

2 large eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

½ cup pizza sauce (sugar-free)

1 ½ cups pepperoni slices

1 cup bell peppers, sliced (optional)

1 cup mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.

Add the melted cheese mixture and the eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Spread the dough onto the prepared sheet pan evenly to form a pizza crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

Remove the crust from the oven and spread sugar-free pizza sauce evenly over the top.

Scatter pepperoni slices, bell peppers, and mushrooms over the sauce.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the toppings are melty and heated through.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Slice and serve hot!
