Ingredients
  

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cherry tomatoes. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes begin to soften.

      Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.

        Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until well combined.

          Season with salt and pepper to taste.

            Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, coating them with the creamy sauce. Heat through for an additional 2 minutes.

              Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
