Ingredients
  

1. Berry Smoothie:

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 banana

1 cup yogurt (vanilla or plain)

1 tablespoon honey

1/2 cup milk or almond milk

2. Pancake Latte:

1 cup brewed coffee

1/2 cup steamed milk

1 tablespoon maple syrup

Whipped cream for topping

A sprinkle of cinnamon

3. Tropical Fruit Juice:

1 cup pineapple juice

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/2 banana

A handful of spinach (optional)

Ice cubes

4. Chocolate Chia Seed Shake:

1 cup almond milk

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

Berry Smoothie:

    Combine all ingredients in a blender.

      Blend until smooth.

        Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

          Pancake Latte:

            Brew a cup of coffee.

              In a frother, combine steamed milk and maple syrup.

                Pour the coffee into a mug, add the milk mixture, and top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

                  Tropical Fruit Juice:

                    Blend the pineapple juice, coconut milk, banana, and spinach until smooth.

                      Serve over ice for a refreshing drink.

                        Chocolate Chia Seed Shake:

                          Mix the almond milk and chia seeds in a bowl and let sit for about 30 minutes until thickened.

                            Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and salt, then blend until smooth.

                              Serve chilled!
