2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

8 oz twisted pasta (e.g., fusilli or rotini)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish

Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove and let rest before slicing.

      Make the creamy sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

        Combine the pasta and sauce: Add the cooked twisted pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce. If necessary, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

          Serve: To plate, slice the cooked chicken and arrange it on top of the creamy cheesy pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
