1 pound kielbasa, sliced

2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

    Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

      Stir in broccoli florets and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.

        Add cooked rice and chicken broth to the skillet. Mix well.

          Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the mixture. Stir to combine.
